About the Creator
Hi cupids! I’m Cianna Mercado, the creator behind Cupid Crochetery! I’m 20 years old, a 2nd year Multimedia Arts student in De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde, and I’ve been crocheting on and off for the past three years—not quite a pro, but always passionate about the craft since. After taking breaks along the way, I’m excited to pick up my hook again and create with yarn once more. Through this website, I hope to share what I’ve learned and help others start or continue their own crochet journey with ease and joy. So, let’s go and stitch something beautiful together!

Our goal at Cupid Crochetery is to establish a friendly place where anyone— regardless of skill level— can learn, make, and spread their love for crochet. We want to make crochet accessible, fun, and simple for everyone because we think that every stitch carries devoted love, creativity, and passion. Varying from handmade gifts, individual projects, or creative collaboration, we hope to create a community where crochet is more than just a craft but a means of expressing love and connection. We want to encourage others to pick up their hooks, stitch something meaningful, and preserve the craft of crochet by offering easy-to-follow, entertaining patterns and tutorials.
